You've heard the saying "walk a mile in someone else's shoes", right? I have walked a lot of miles in a lot of shoes. My experiences have taught me patience, understanding and empathy. These skills help me create a chill space where you can explore issues impacting your life. I have experience with working with alternative relationship dynamics, i.e. ENM/open/poly and kink, the treatment of substance use disorders and with veterans. Also experienced in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and difficulty with life changes. Open to working with people motivated to change. Licensed in LA, TX, MA, NV and GA Well, my therapeutic style is a person-centered, problem-solving approach and I approach things from a harm reduction perspective. I believe my role as a therapist is to help my clients identify areas of issue, and help them explore ways to resolve these issues. Trained in multiple modalities, I believe no one solution fits everyone and use tools as needed If you’re not happy with where you are in life, or are feeling stuck, reach out to me.
