Kairos Counseling & Family Therapy, PLLC, is a practice founded as an attachment focused, trauma informed, relational, experiential, whole brain therapy practice. Polyvagal Theory and Interpersonal Neurobiology are the foundations, while EMDR (Eye Movement Densensitization and Reprocessing), ETT (Emotional Transformation Therapy), Sandtray Therapy ,and Expressive Arts are the therapeutic modalities used to support a person in their healing and growth. IASIS Micro Current Neurofeedback and the Safe and Sound Protocol are offered to support nervous system regulation. Additionally, we offer Relational Life Therapy, a modality that focuses on honoring all the parts of our self as we work toward relational health in an "UsWe work with individuals, couples, and families -- honoring the system that each bring with them. Neddy is an EMDRIA EMDR Certified Therapist, an ETT Certified Trauma Therapist, an IASIS Micro Current Neurofeedback Certified Practitioner, and an RLT Certified Therapist.
