Hello! My name is Lillian. I did my graduate studies in Miami, Florida and relocated to south Louisiana to be near family. I enjoy paddle boarding, art, music, and reading in my free time. My area of focus is working with teens, adults, and the elderly. Life can be hard and challenges can come up unexpectedly. I want to help you find peace and healing you are seeking by providing a compassionate space and a nonjudgmental ear. I have experience as a mental health, addiction, and crisis counselor. I am a Certified Anxiety Informed Professional with anger management training. I love volunteering in cancer centers, churches, and schools. I advocate for trauma survivors and people of all abilities. I have a passion for working with dual diagnoses, trauma, chronic and terminal illness. I use a creative approach with art, music, play, sand tray, and parts therapy. I also enjoy incorporating Christian counseling in my therapeutic practice but also respect all faiths and beliefs.
