I walk beside people facing past wounds, breaking free from limiting beliefs, and learning how to regulate emotions in a way that actually feels good. So many of us carry pain and patterns that keep us from living authentically, setting boundaries, and fully embracing self-love. I use somatic methods to help you develop deep self awareness, reverse intrusive thoughts, and communicate your wants, needs and desires with confidence. Bringing peace to our inner child is life changing and it’s something I’m truly passionate about. When that little kid inside feels seen and heard, it can be life changing. I’d love to work with you in person at my Denham Springs studio in The Antique Village, or virtually, including late evenings for those with busy schedules.
