Welcome! I am passionate about helping people achieve a healthier level of well-being. My counseling style is respectful, supportive, and engaging. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and children 5 yrs and up. I offer therapy through my office, phone, and video chat. My areas of focus are in Depression, Anxiety, Parenting, Behavioral Issues in Children and Adolescents, Self Esteem, and trauma.I have specialized training in Cognitive Based Therapy for PTSD and Play Therapy. I am experienced in providing Child Parent Relationship Therapy and enjoy working with children and their parent(s) to provide the skills necessary to resolve behavior issues and improve the relationship between parents and children. My approach involves viewing each client as an individual, considering the unique past, strengths and characteristics of each client and building off of these traits to equip them with the necessary tools and skills that get them closer to their personal growth.
